It's best to have your Estate Sale BEFORE you list your home with a realtor but after you've moved out of your home. Performing your sale at this time will allow you to advertise its upcoming listing (Coming Soon...) and make people aware first. Our estate sale business will give you the biggest open house you can have. This will also a allow potential buyers to see what the home looks like with items filled in it... then later they can revisit the empty home after we've cleared and/or cleaned it out. No matter what Realtor's tell you, NEVER get rid, throw out, or donate your items. Furniture and Art are the hardest things to sell in our industry. The "smalls" are where you make your money.
